Richard Collin Blanck, 24, passed away August 31, 1994, in Salt Lake City, Utah from injuries sustained in a rock climbing accident.
He was born July 6, 1970 in Salt Lake City, a son of Richard Labrum and Joan Snarr Blanck. He graduated from Brighton High School in 1988 and is an Eagle Scout and member of the LDS Church. He loved art, the outdoors and wildlife.He is survived by his parents; son, Richard Kalvin; sisters and brothers: Jeremy C., Kristen A., Jenny L. and John T. Blanck; grandparents, Lloyd and Lenora Snarr; Gene and Avon Rich, all of Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Richard P. Blanck.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 3rd, 12 noon at the Wasatch Stake Center, 8170 South Short Hills Drive (3480 East). Visitation will be Friday evening, 6-8 p.m., at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South. Burial will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
