CAPTION ONLY: 25 YEARS OF DICTATORSHIP

A Libyan carries a photograph of leader Moammar Gadhafi during celebrations in Tripoli Wednesday to mark the 25th anniversary of Libya's revolution. The marchers are walking over British, French and American flags to protest those countries' roles in imposing U.N. sanctions on Libya. Gadhafi is shunned by the West as a sponsor of terrorism and for his refusal to turn over two suspects in the December 1988 bombing of a Pan Am jetliner.
