William Shatner doesn't want to act his age.
Shatner, 63, works hard to stay in shape so he can continue playing Capt. James T. Kirk in "Star Trek" movies. The seventh "Star Trek" film will be released in November."If I can preserve remnants of youth and elasticity and strength, then the character has that," Shatner said in an interview to be broadcast with "Entertainment Tonight."
He said he wouldn't be working if he were old, stiff and tired.
"I wanted to be ready for each movie and not act my age," he said.
