DEATH: FARRELL GUNNELL

Farrell Gunnell, 79, died September 9, 1994.

Born April 25, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Robert B. and Louise Buehler Gunnell. He married Mary Griffin on July 25, 1941 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Veteran of World War II, U.S. Navy. In the company of friends and family, Farrell enjoyed golf, bowling, boating, and camping. Farrell retired a dedicated employee for Uniroyal (35 years) and Industrial Supply Company (5 years). He was a member of the LDS Church. He will be remembered by his wonderful sense of humor, and his ability to find the best in everyone. Farrell will be fondly remembered by all who knew him and especially missed during the 5 o'clock cocktail hour.Survived by his wife, Mary; children, Judie Evans (Larry), Brad Gunnell (Joy-Lyn), both of Salt Lake City; three grandchildren, Veronica Zane (Gary), Brandon Gunnell and Kristin Gunnell; one great grandson, Brayden Zane; brother, Mel Campbell, Bountiful, Utah.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 13, 1994 at 11:00 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Soeity, 941 E. 3300 So., Salt Lake City, Utah 84106.
