DEATH: SALLY FOX PERRY

Sally Fox Perry, 63, died on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 1994 after illness with cancer.

She was born on June 5, 1931 in Tooele, Utah, a daughter of Charles Samuel and Josephine Julia Miceli Fox. Married Willie Ottis Perry, Jr. on July 1, 1950. Later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. Was a life-long resident of Tooele. She was a member of the Tooele 17th Ward where she was a Sunday School secretary. She served as a Relief Society secretary. Her most enjoyable and satisfying calling was that of a Sunbeam and Star teacher to small children. She also enjoyed singing in the ward choir. She was a very devoted visiting teacher for many years and was a veil worker in the Jordan River Temple. She was a good wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.Surviving are her brothers, William Fox of Provo; and Charles Jay Fox of Orem; children, Susan Willardson (spouse, LaWayne) of Layton; Lorene Weatherwax (spouse, Jim), stationed in Japan; William R. Perry (spouse, Kathy) of Kearns; Mary Peterson of West Jordan; Diana Herren (spouse, Carl) of Grantsville; 16 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, her parents and a sister.

"God knew you were suffering, that the hills were hard to climb, so He gently closed your eyelids and whispered, peace be thine. In tears we watched you sinking, we watched you fade away. Our hearts were nearly broken, you fought so hard to stay. It broke our hearts to see you go, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home."

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 1994 at 1 p.m. in the Tooele North Stake Center, 583 No. 270 East. Friends may call at Tate Mortuary on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior at the Church on Monday. Interment, Tooele City Cemetery.
