DEATH: SCOTT CLEMENTS KIRK

Scott Clements Kirk, 21, beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend, died on September 14, 1994 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born on February 27, 1973 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John William and Carole Clements Kirk. Scott loved hiking, camping, nature, music and physical fitness. He was an Elder in the LDS Church. Graduated from Skyline High School. Employed by Kennecott Copper Corporation.Survived by parents; three brothers, John W. Kirk, Jr. and wife, Leisha, Michael D. Kirk and wife, Casey, Thomas B. Kirk, sister, Heather Kirk, all of Salt Lake City; and Heather's fiance, Richard Fairbanks, Ogden, Utah; grandparents Earl D. and Margaret Clements; nephew, James W. Kirk and nieces, Samantha C. Kirk and Letitia L. Campbell, all of Salt Lake City.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 1994 at 12 noon, at the East Millcreek 11th Ward Chapel, 2702 East Evergreen Avenue (3435 South). Friends may call on Sunday, September 18, 1994 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive from 6-8 p.m. and at the ward on Monday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
