Medical crews remove Kristin Malovich, 23, Provo, from her car Saturday morning. Malovich and her unborn child escaped serious injury when her vehicle rolled several times on I-15 near Lehi. Utah Highway Patrol trooper Tracy Jorgensen said Malovich was traveling south at about 10 a.m. when a car in the next lane started to move into her lane. Malovich swerved and then overcorrected. Jorgensen said the vehicle was totaled, but Malovich, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered only minor injuries. Because Malovich is more than eight months pregnant, she was transported to American Fork Hospital where doctors examined her and her unborn child. She was released a short time later.
