SHARE CHOREOGRAPHER PETERS DIES

Michael Peters, who won a Tony award for choreographing the Broadway musical "Dreamgirls" and helped create Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video, died Saturday of AIDS. He was 46.

Peters also appeared as a white-suited, knife-wielding gang leader in Jackson's "Beat It" video. He directed music videos for Diana Ross, Lionel Richie, Billy Joel, the Jacksons and Earth, Wind and Fire.He worked on films including "Sister Act II," "What's Love Got to Do With It?" "Sarafina" and "The Mambo Kings."
