The ABC movie "For the Love of Nancy" (Sunday, 8 p.m., ch. 4) is sort of art imitating life.
At times, it's almost too close to real life.Tracey Gold, the former "Growing Pains" star whose real-life battle with anorexia nervosa has made headlines, plays a young woman who is suffering from the eating disorder.
It's a riveting, horrifying story of a woman who is ruining her health and her life - a story made all the more effective and powerful because of the star's own fight to overcome anorexia.
