Gary (Kas) C. Kastler, 55, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Sept. 29, 1994 at home from cancer.

He was born August 3, 1939 in Salt Lake City, a son of Joseph C. and Cleo Dastrup Kastler. He married Maysie Kimball in the Salt Lake Temple December 18, 1959. He went to the U of U. Most of his career was in the electrical wholesale business.He was an active member of the Fruit Heights 6th Ward.

Surviving are wife, Maysie, Fruit Heights; three sons and two daughters, Lane, Fruit Heights; Chad, Greeley, Colorado; Cole; Sonya and husband, David Voracek, Dallas, Texas; Kami, Fruit Heights; three grandsons; parents, Joseph and Cleo Kastler, West Jordan; brother, Sheridan and sister, Kathie, both Salt Lake City.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 1, 1994 at 1 p.m. in the Fruit Heights Stake House, 170 No. Mtn. Road, Fruit Heights. Friends may call at the Lindquist Kaysville Mortuary, 400 No. Main, Kaysville, Friday 6 to 8 p.m. and between 11:45 and 12:45 Saturday at the ward chapel. Interment in the Sunset Gardens of the Valley.
