SHARE AMBASSADORS TO OPEN Y.'S MUSICAL CALENDAR THURSDAY

The Young Ambassadors, celebrating their 25th year, will open Brigham Young University's musical calendar with a performance of "Tapestry - Weaving the Colors of Life."

Performances will be Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 8-10, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall of BYU's Harris Fine Arts Center. Tickets, at $8 ($6 BYU students, faculty and staff, $7 senior citizens and BYU alumni), can be purchased at the Fine Arts Ticket Office (378-4322).The popular student performers, who recently returned from a tour of northern Africa and southern Spain, will be performing the "Best of Broadway," the "Best of Nashville" and a wide variety of music and dance, according to their artistic director, Randall Boothe.
