Taylorsville fell 3-1 to Bingham on Thursday for the Warriors' first region loss.
Facing a 1-0 deficit in the second half, Taylorsville struck back with a shot by Lindsay Sodja that forced the Miners to go back on the offensive. Bingham's Emily Cederholm responded by hitting her second goal of the game. Mylei Zachmann then finished off any possibility of a Spartan comeback by scoring Bingham's third goal with 10 minutes left in the game.Both teams are now at 2-1 behind an undefeated West Jordan team that has yet to be scored on in Region 3 play.

At Weber, Stacy Vogt scored three goals, notching up her third hat trick in seven games, leading the Warriors in a shutout victory over the Royals. Kelli Carver also scored twice. Weber has now outscored its opponents 29-6 in seven games.
Bonneville 4, Clearfield 1
At Clearfield, the visiting Lakers now go to 3-2 in region with Carrie Millar punching two scores for Bonneville. Christy Cottrell, Allison Hill and Andrea Tillotson added insurance goals in the Lakers third-straight region win.
Northridge 3, Fremont 1
At Northridge, Jamie Jones, Tracy Flink and Deidre Valentine helped the Knights improve to 4-1 in region play by scoring goals. Mindy Pulver added the Silver Foxes' goal in the second half with an assist by Camry Myers.
Cottonwood 3, Highland 1
At Cottonwood, Staci Burt led the Colts to their first win of the season, scoring two goals. Ashley Voorhees added another goal for the Colts as they improve to 1-6, 1-2.
Bountiful 2, Skyline 0
At Skyline, the Braves' Lisa Haslam hit both goals in the first half while Bountiful keeper Jodi Evans kept the host Eagles without a score. Both Bountiful and Skyline stand at 2-1 in Region 2 behind Viewmont.
Viewmont 2, Davis 0
At Davis, the Vikings broke a 0-0 deadlock at halftime with two goals in the second half to beat the surging Darts. Viewmont now stands alone at the top of Region 2 with a 3-0 mark, Davis stands at 1-2.
West Jordan 11, Hunter 0
At Hunter, Bernie Hogan hit 4 goals and her sister Bernie added two for the Jaguars in their third-straight region victory. Angie Palmer also shot two goals for 3-0 W.J. while Hunter now stands at 0-3.
Kearns 8, Granger 1
At Kearns, the Lancers' Carla Merino shot Granger's first goal of the region season but it fell short of Leslie Thompson's one goal and five assists. Nohemi Garcia scored three and Kristen Wilcox also hit two for the 2-1 Cougars.
Brighton 5, Hillcrest 0
At Hillcrest, Tawna Martineau was once again perfect in the Bengal nets as Amber Anderson fired two goals against host Hillcrest, keeping Brighton undefeated and still ranked No. 1. Other goals were by Reagan Despain, Emily Sutherland and Nicole Wilkinson.
Mountain View 1, Alta 0
At Mountain View, halfback Lisa Anthony hit the Bruins' only goal 15 minutes into the game. Goalkeepers Courtney Hills of M.V. and Mackenzie Hyer of Alta played solid defense in the box in the Bruins' toughest region win.
Orem 2, American Fork 0
At Orem, Tiger forward Tiffany Soelberg shot a goal to put Orem up in the first half followed by Ashlee Phillips' score midway thorugh second half. Goalkeeper Courtney Flygare held the Cavewomen out of the net for Orem's first win.
Ben Lomond 1, Ogden 0
At Ogden, 22 minutes in to the second half Ben Lomond's Becky Wood broke free for the game's only score with an assist from Brooke Greenfield assist. Scot goalkeeper Sarah Ridley silenced the Ogden kickers with a shutout.
Logan 3, Sky View 2
At Sky View, all goals were scored in the first half as Ali Wimmer, Brooke Jones and Kira Johnson helped Logan pull off the road upset to go 4-1 in region.
Box Elder 3, Bear River 2
At Bear River, freshman forward Kacie Lefors hit two Box Elder goals and Allison Larsen turned another to give the Bees all three goals in the first half. The Bees jump to 2-4 in region and the Bears fall to 0-5.
Jordan 6, Tooele 0
At Tooele, Tawni Epperson took the ball into the net five times for the third-ranked Beetdiggers who move to 2-0 in region. Vicki Thomas hit another while goalkeeper earned an assist and a shutout for Jordan.
Murray 1, Granite 0
At Granite, the Spartans' second half goal came when Julie Peterson nailed a crossbar kick that was rebounded by Katie Irion into the net. Murray now moves to 2-1 in region play while the Farmers are now 0-3.
Woods Cross 11, Cyprus 0
At Woods Cross, Shannon Webb and Celeste Collins both shot hat tricks for the Wildcats along with two more goals by Kathy Bullock. Woods Cross remains with a perfect 3-0 mark in region thanks to sophomore keeper Jenny Waldron's shutout.
East 2, West 0
At West, the Leopards rebounded after two tough losses with goals by Meredith Lake and Heidi Moffat. Goalkeeper Sarah Delozier held the Panthers scoreless to move East to a 1-2 record in Region 7.
Park City 3, Wasatch 2
At Wasatch, Anna Knudsen scored the second of her two goals with just over five minutes left in the game giving the Miners the victory. Sarah Drown scored Park City's other goal to help her team move to 2-0 in Region 10. Krista Atwood and Kris Golightly each netted goals for the Wasps.
