McEntire has refiled plans to build a helicopter pad atop her Nashville offices on the street where some of country's biggest stars base their operations. It's the same proposal she filed last year but withdrew after music industry representatives complained helicopters would interfere with recording sessions."Basically the refiling was a legal maneuver to keep our options open," her manager-husband, Narvel Blackstock, said. "We are continuing to explore all the pros, cons and possibilities."
