Mabel Taylor Yenchik, age 82, died of natural causes January 22, 1995.

Born January 8, 1913 in Logan, Utah, a daughter of Milton B. Sr. and Clara Cottam Muir. Married Ellis C. Taylor, May 1, 1931; he died September 1, 1970. Married Joseph V. Yenchik, November 12, 1971; he died February 13, 1994. Worked 20 years at Mt. Bell Telephone Co. Resided in Murray before moving to Bountiful. Member of 49ers, Telephone Pioneers of America and the DUP. She enjoyed creating many beautiful oil paintings. She loved western music and dancing.Survived by children, Marlene (Dick) Fife, Walt (Ann) Taylor, Clara (Ray) Hilton, Shirlee Larson and Larry (Kathy) Taylor, stepchildren, Joseph V. (Brit) Yenchik, Stephen R. Yenchik and Mary Yenchik. 32 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren. Sisters and brother, Mildred Kiddle, Lucille (Bill) Palmer, Afton Warmker and Milton (Gale) Muir. Preceded in death by grandchildren, Jeri Madsen, Rusty Larson and Chelsa Larson.

Funeral services Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, where friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 10-10:45 a.m. Interment Mt. View Memorial Estates.
