David J. "Brud" Staker, 75, died October 8, 1995, at his home.

Born April 2, 1920 in Salt Lake to Nathan Ira and Agnes Hilton Staker. Married Norma Dean Ryser on November 14, 1942 in Salt Lake City, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She preceded him in death on September 18, 1988. Member LDS Church.Brud was a devoted husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa. He was a proud man and was very proud of all of his family and brothers. No matter if a person was a family member or a first time acquaintance, he was there to help even if it meant a personal sacrifice. His joy was to bring happiness to others by creating "Hog Heaven" in his front yard.

He will be remembered as a hard working man who had a beautiful life, and will be missed by all who came in contact with him-especially his son and daughters.

Love forever, from all of us!
