Age 31, died October 12, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born March 19, 1964 to Sue and Roger McCoy. Married George A. Deneris Jr., July 26, 1986. Her only child, a son, Maxcen Angelo was born February 16, 1990.Leah was a wonderful mother, an excellent friend, student, athlete, modern dancer, writer and musician. Graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 with a BFA degree. After graduating early from East High, Leah attended the Eurocenter School in Cologne, Germany for intensive study of German and then traveled Europe independently. Leah's talents as a writer and communicator benefited the non profit organization with which she was associated. In her younger years Leah was a volunteer at Camp Kostopolis and earned money as an in-home physical therapist aide. She loved to crosscountry ski, hike, travel, read biographies or historical journals. Leah shared the humor of Monty Python, and Calvin & Hobbs. She loved and was loved by all who knew her.

Leah is survived by her husband, George, son, Max, parents, Sue and Roger McCoy, brother, Michael McCoy and his wife, Sherry.

Memorial services will be held at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, Monday, October 16, 12:30 p.m. 331 East So. Temple.
