While Tony Bennett's heart was back in San Francisco, his voice was leaving them swooning in Manhattan.
Bennett performed selections from his latest album, "Here's to the Ladies," as a lunchtime crowd of tourists and workers stopped to tap their toes and sing along at a free concert Tuesday outside Radio City Music Hall.Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and his wife, Donna Hanover Giu-liani, were on hand to proclaim it "Tony Bennett Day" in New York.
"We're happy Tony left his heart in San Francisco and came back where he belongs," the mayor said.
