The magazine says that since "Showgirls" bottomed out at the box office, Berkley was dumped by her talent agency, left without any follow-up feature role and "harshly dismissed by Hollywood as a no-talent bimbo."Paul Verhoeven, the film's director, says he warned Berkley that baring her all could be a risky career move.
