Wallace Franklin "Frank" Coles, our dear father, grandpa "pappy", great-grandpa "grandpa-G", returned to his sweetheart on October 29, 1995. He died at his daughter's home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born May 7, 1909, Salt Lake City, to Daisy Ward Williams and Wallace Beaumont Coles. Married Cornelia "Cora" VanDerEnde, October 12, 1940; sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, February 14, 1955. She preceded him in death February 28, 1971. Dad was a determined man. He loved his family more than life itself. He honored his parents and loved them deeply. A member of the LDS Church, he was dedicated to the Lord. He served many years in his temple work. Dad worked for the Union Pacific Railroad, retiring in 1972.Survived by son, Richard (Charlene) Coles, South Jordan; daughters, Marilyn (Larry) Jensen, Sandy, Utah; Sharon (Lynn) Livingston, Salt Lake City; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sisters, Lottie Brackett, Luella Wakefield; Viola Cox, California; Stella Wade and LaVern Fillmore. Preceded in death by a daughter, Patty Jean; parents and four brothers, Joe, John, Clyde and Clarence.

We as a family would like to thank all those at the Salt Lake Home who showed all the love and care anyone could ask for to our dear dad.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 2, 1995, 12 Noon, at the Rose Park Stake Center, 760 North 1200 West (East Chapel). Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, Wednesday evening, 6-8 p.m., and at the church on Thursday, from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Services will be conducted by Bishop LeGrande Steenblik. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
