Our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Jerry Williamson, age 76, passed away October 30, 1995 in Sandy.

He was born April 17, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Gordon and Lydia Smithen Williamson. Jerry married Katherine Pearl Roberts July 26, 1941 in Santa Barbara, California; later divorced.Survived by his son, Gordon, Salt Lake City; his daughter, Kathleen, Scottsdale, Ariz. and Sun Valley, Idaho; his grandchildren, Nate and Zach, Salt Lake City; and Colette Fritsch and Marc Mordret, Maui, Hawaii; and his great-grandson, Mason, also of Hawaii.

Jerry was a veteran of World War II, and was active in the Boy Scouts as an adult troop leader at the Midvale Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing passionately. Jerry (also know as Tom) was an employee of the US Post Office working in a variety of positions in the approximately 30 years of his employment.

Among his greatest loves was: his cabin at Strawberry Reservoir; all his good buddies at Bryants Fork; and his black dog, Joe.

Gordon and Kathleen would like to invite all of his many friends to a wake celebrating his life to be held in June, 1996 at the Bryants Fork cabin. For more information call Gordon. There will be no other services.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in his name to the Humane Society of Utah. Deseret Mem. Mortuary, directors.
