Keath P. Gibson, age 78, died Sunday, November 12, 1995 at his residence.
Born in Salt Lake City and lived in Cherry Hill, Philadelphia before moving to Piscataway, New Jersey in 1976. Veteran of World War II, Captain in the U.S. Army. Served in Battle of the Bulge, Normandy Invasion, 1st troops that crossed the Rhine and also with General Patton in crossing of the Seine River. He obtained a bachelor's degree in math from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City and his master's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was employed as an actuary for AT&T Piscataway.He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita, in 1979. Survived by son, Darryl Gibson, Piscataway, New Jersey; three daughters, Kathleen Gibson, Houston, Texas; Sharon Palermo, Halifax, Nova Scotia; Joyce Crandall, Salt Lake City; brother, Earl Gibson, Buffalo, New York; sisters, Rhea Parratt, Redmond, Wash.; and Vera Schroder, Salt Lake City; four grandchildren.
Funeral service at Piscataway Funeral Home, Friday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m. Friends may call on Thursday 7-9 p.m. only. Interment to follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
