Brent David Meldrum, age 21, returned to his Heavenly Father on November 18, 1995, after fighting a valiant battle with depression.

He is survived by his parents, David and Roberta Meldrum; brother, Ben and Natalie Meldrum of Riverton; sister, Amie and Jason Koelliker of Salt Lake City; grandparents, Merlyn and Marilyn Meldrum of Sandy; grandmother, Joyce Fowles of Sandy; and grandfather, Rex Fowles of Pleasant Grove. He will be missed most of all by Kenzie and Whitney, his nieces, who love him very much.It broker our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. A part of us went with you, the day God took you home. A million times we missed you, a million times we cried. If love could have saved you, you never would have died. Now to the grave we travel, the flowers were placed with care. No one know the heartache, as we turn to leave you there. If tears could build the stairway, and heartache make a lane, We'd walk a path to heaven and bring you back again.

We love you.
