Weber State University is offering a radologic technology outreach program to aid x-ray service at clinics and hospitals in south-central Utah.

The program is structured to take prerequisite courses at a local community college or correspondence courses through Weber State. Faculty members will travel to local areas to teach the classes.
Students will continue to live at home and periodically travel to Ogden for faculty and student seminars. Tuition will be charged at the regular in-state rate.
The program requires the student to complete clinical education hours at the local affiliated hospital's radiology department.
The length of the course will be about 30 months. They will be chosen by a selection committee.
A graduate will receive an associate of applied science degree and will be eligible for the national certification examination.
