Golfers stroll the fairway near the 18th hole on a cool but sunny Thanksgiving Day at Salt Lake County's Riverbend Golf Course in Riverton. A change in the weather may come Sunday, with a chance of valley rain and mountain snow. The lack of snowpack may be disastrous to resort owners, skiers and snowboarders, but so far it doesn't concern water watchers much. "We're kind of starting off the water year on a dry note," William J. Alder, meteorologist in charge of the Salt Lake Office, National Weather Service, said. "I don't think we should worry yet. We've got some time to make up. If it were like this the first part of February, I'd worry."
