The Blues appeared to have tied the score 39 seconds later when Geoff Courtnall knocked in a rebound of a shot by Craig Johnson. But referee Don Van Massenhoven disallowed the goal when a video replay appeared to show Courtnall kicking the puck into the net with his skate.
Fuhr, who has started every game this year, blocked 32 shots.
Oksiuta made the score 3-1 at 11:21 when he took a pass from Mogilny during a 2-on-1 break and fired the puck passed Fuhr.
Peter Zezel scored the Blues' final goal at 12:38 when he took a pass from Brett Hull in the slot and shot into the open side of the goal.
