Our sweet loving husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa, age 80, peacefully passed away Nov. 22, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah with his family by his side after a short illness.
Born August 19, 1915 in Salt Lake City to Thomas Ruban and Charlott Heugly Fagg. Married Georgia Nielsen, March 21, 1947 in Salt Lake City. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Worked for Mountain Fuel for 12 years and retired from Gibbons & Reed Co. after 25 years of service. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. They were the light of his life.Survived by his loving wife of 48 years; son, Rob (Jill) Stanford; daughters, Vickie (Bill) Letcher; Jone (Ron) Lublin; Marcy (Henny) Bakker; Shauna (Allen) Dipo; and Tammie (Mike) Vuich; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; special niece, Vianne Blackner; brother, John; sister, Alice Sisam; many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by granddaughters, Wendy and Robin, and sisters, Ruth and Vi.
Funeral services will be held Monday Nov. 27, 2 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 East, where family and friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Interment will immediately follow services at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 So. 1700 East, under the direction of Memorial Estates.
