Members of BYU's women's cross-country team will provide Christmas shopping assistance for parents of disabled children this weekend.

The 27-member Cougar team, which just finished with a highest-ever fourth place at the NCAA Championships, are participating in a community service project for Kids on the Move in Orem. They will spell parents of youngsters with disabilities so those parents can have a date night or do Christmas shopping. The team will provide the service Friday, Dec. 1, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for families receiving services at the Kids on the Move Center near Orem Community Hospital.
