A cocaine cache with a street value of $30 million confiscated recently near Richfield led to further arrests after a "controlled" delivery of the drug in New York.

Canadian officers are also trying to find a man who is believed to be in charge of the drug ring and living in that country, Sevier law-enforcement officials say.Names of the two Colombians who were riding in the vehicle in which the cocaine was being transported, as well as the arresting Utah Highway Patrol officer, were withheld pending further investigation and possible arrests.

Following confiscation of 162 kilos of cocaine on I-70 in Sevier County, the arresting trooper and officers of the Drug Enforcement Agency, accompanied by the two Colombians, delivered the cocaine in New York City. Six additional suspects were arrested.
