JUSTIN BRADSHAW, Beaver: Senior guard scored 26 points in helping the top-ranked Beavers to a 73-62 victory over No. 2 Manti Saturday. His efforts, which include leading the state in scoring with 30.8 points per game, have paced the defending 2A champions to a 5-0 record. As a junior, Bradshaw averaged 11 points, 5.5 assists and 3.6 steals at point guard. In addition to his success on the basketball floor, Bradshaw is a two-time 2A cross country medalist (1994-95).

LORI RED, Provo: Six-foot senior led the Bulldogs to a pair of victories last week and a No. 1 ranking in Class 4A. Playing both the guard and forward positions, Red netted 20 points in a 56-28 victory over Bountiful, then followed two nights later with a 25-point performance in Provo's 66-42 win over Emery. A first-team all-state selection last season, Red has already signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Utah.
