Lagoon will hold its annual interviews for seasonal employees on Saturday, March 4, and Saturday, March 11.

According to Dick Andrew, director of marketing for Lagoon, the entertainment center will hire hundreds of part-time employees for its 1995 season.On March 4, 9 a.m. until noon, interviews will be conducted at Lagoon for workers age 16 and up. A person must be age 16 by June 1 to apply that day. Starting wage is $4.50 an hour and $4.95 per hour with the bonus, if they complete the season work schedule.

On March 11, 9 a.m. until noon, those age 15 and up will be interviewed at Lagoon. A person must be age 15 by June 1 to apply. Starting wage for 15-year-olds is $3.95 an hour, plus an hourly bonus for completing the season.

The park will also hire safety and security personnel ($5.30 an hour, plus bonus), emergency medical technicians ($5.80 per hour, plus bonus) and restroom maintenance workers ($8.00 an hour, plus bonus). Those interested in these jobs should also apply on March 4 or 11, from 9 a.m. until noon.

Andrew said prospective employees should enter Lagoon through the regular entrances.
