O.J. Simpson's oldest son pleaded no contest Friday in Beverly Hills, Calif., to driving with a suspended licence and misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Jason Simpson, 24, was placed on three years informal probation and fined $700."He basically got what everyone else gets" for the same offense, said Deputy District Attorney Shari Silverman.

No one was hurt on Oct. 5, when a Jeep that Simpson was driving rear-ended a pickup truck. A witness followed the vehicle and got the license number.
