Hans Joachim Dinse, age 64, died March 1, 1995 in Springfield, Missouri.

He was born in Falkensee, Berlin, Germany March 25, 1930, a son of Bruno and Erna Nickel Dinse. He immigrated to USA in January, 1952, and married Leiola Davis in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They made their home in Bountiful for many years. He was very talented artistically and musically. He also loved horses and was an accomplished trainer. He affiliated with many civic programs; the Rotary Club, the Apprentice program for Napa California High Schools, the Service Writers Guild for Volkswagon America. He was the corporate director of service, parts, and quality assurance programs for Winnebago Industries in Forest City, Iowa. At the time of his retirement he was corporate director of service for Tracker Marine in Springfield, Missouri. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed ballroom dancing.He is survived by his wife, Leiola Dinse of Springfield, Mo.; two sons and three daughters, Hans and Talene Dinse, Napa, Calif.; James and Trish Dinse, Fairfield, Calif.; Heidi McCabe, Wasco, Oregon; Paula and Jerry Humphreys, Willis, Tex.; Angela and Michael Hines, Springfield, Mo.; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Eva Retzlaff, Salt Lake City; Christa Hamil, Chiefland, Fla.; one brother, Hartmut Dinse, Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Peter.

Services will be held at the graveside Monday, March 6, 1995 at 2 p.m., Bountiful City Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East.
