Mildred Ross Gaddie, 85, died March 4, 1995, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born August 20, 1909, in Knightsville, Utah to W. Harvey Ross and Sarah Mable Seegmiller Ross. Married Robert Stanley Gaddie September 8, 1933, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Attended the University of Utah and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Received her Bachelor of Music degree at the McCune School of Music and Art, as soloist and teacher of violin. She was devoted to the progress of the arts in Utah and was a longtime active member of the Utah Symphony Guild. She was a member of the Salt Lake Country Club.
Survivors: husband; daughter, Mrs. Robert J. (Sandra) Thompson; two sons, Robert R. and wife Laura, and Gregory R. and wife Mary, all of Salt Lake; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother, Harvey S. Ross of Salt Lake; sister, Mrs. George T. (Mable) Skeie of Palm Springs, California.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 12 noon, March 8, 1995, at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 Highland Drive. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one-half hour prior to services on Wednesday. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
