James Beck has been promoted to general manager of the Utah region by Associated Business Products (ABP) of Salt Lake. ABP is the largest office products dealership in the Intermountain West. Don Boshard has been named manager of the St. George office of Zions Bank. He joins Zions with 27 years of experience in the banking industry. Adam Hancock has been hired as a copywriter by Scopes-Garcia-Carlisle Advertising and Public Relations. He previously was a writer at ICN Health and Fitness. At the Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau, Beth Nilsson-Belt, director of conventions, and Barbara Rakes, director of convention services, have received the title of certified meeting professional after passing an exam administered nationally by Meeting Professionals International. David Crapo, a senior associate in the Salt Lake law office of Holme Roberts & Owen, has been named a member of the firm.
