The Davis Applied Technology Center is hosting two luncheon seminars designed to help employers minimize the risk of employee litigation.

Michael Roberts, an attorney with Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, will be the featured speaker. He will discuss such things as employee termination, whether employment decisions violate public policy, the pitfalls of employee handbooks and other issues.The first seminar, which will be directed at CEOs and business owners, is scheduled for Friday, March 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be held at DATC, 550 E. 300 South, Kaysville.

The second seminar will be a repeat but will be aimed at human resource managers. It will be held Friday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the DATC Freeport Building A-15N in the Freeport Center, West Antelope Drive, Clearfield.
