Robert Henry Naegelin, 64, died March 6, 1995 in Salt Lake City, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born April 11, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Henry and Adelia Kelson Naegelin. Married Barbara F. Nadeau in Colchester, Conn. in 1964; she preceded him in death June 16, 1992. Married Barbara C. Armas in Elko, Nev. on Jan. 5, 1993.Bob was a member of the United States Navy for 20 years, serving in Korea and Vietnam. After retiring from the Navy, he worked for Western Road Machinery in the parts department, retiring in 1992.

Survived by wife, Barbara; four sons, Robert L. Naegelin, Dennis Nadeau, David Nadeau and Philip Nadeau; five daughters, Pauline Updike, Sandra Mears, Deborah Flores, Norma Smith and Cheryl Kirton; 29 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Harris; plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services Saturday, March 11, 1995, at 11 a.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 So. Camp Williams Road. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
