Divers go to regionals

BYU's men's diving team will compete in the NCAA Zone E Regional Diving Championships this weekend at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center in Pasadena, Calif.

The five Cougar divers are Nathan Cook; Matthew Dahl; Mike Moak, Devan Porter and Scott Turner.

The Cougar divers dominated last week's WAC championships, winning the top five places in both three-meter and one-meter diving competition. Cook won in both events.

Also, two BYU women divers - sophomores Christina Conn and Julie Pothier - will compete in the 1995 NCAA Zone E Regional Diving Championships.

Last weekend, Conn finished first in the WAC three-meter diving contest.
