The Utah Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers will present its annual idea exchange at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 17, in the Doubletree Inn.

A highlight of the meeting will be a panel discussion at 10:30 a.m. featuring officials from several Wasatch Front communities, Salt Lake County Commissioner Randy Horiuchi and Joseph Jenkins, Utah Department of Community and Economic Development, talking about retail development.
