Nola Jean Nielsen Kralik, 65, passed away at home on March 7, 1995, due to a heart attack.

Born October 7, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from South High School and worked three years for Utah Savings and Trust Bank. She married Wm. F. Kralik, an attorney, on July 1, 1949. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She attended Temple University in Philadelphia with her husband. Nola Jean served in many capacities in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a member of the Monument Park 20th Ward, Salt Lake Monument Park North Stake. She also served four years as president of the North Salt Lake County Daughters of Utah Pioneers and served as a PTA president.Nola Jean devoted her life to her family and often said that her greatest joy was raising her children. She is greatly loved for her unceasing compassion and selfless devotion. She will be missed more than words can ever express.

She is survived by her husband; sisters, Barbara Nielsen Montgomery (Salt Lake City), Ann Nielsen Murphy (St. Louis, MO), Lois Alice Janke (Holladay, Utah); brother, C. W. (Neal) Nielsen and his wife, Virginia Sorensen (Mesa, Ariz.), daughter, Constance Jean and her husband, Greg B. Goates (Encinitas, Calif.); son, Michael Stephen, his wife, Sylvia Olsen and their daughters, Elizabeth Marie and Christine Renee (Salt Lake City), son, Jonathan Christopher (Salt Lake City), daughter, Kathleen Maryanne, her husband, Bryan Crawford and their daughter, Jennifer Melissa (Scottsdale, Ariz), daughter, Suzanne Marie (Salt Lake City), several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 10th, at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, where friends may call the hour prior.

Interment at Larkin Sunset Lawn.
