Charles Henry Sipple, age 87, died April 12, 1995 in Salt Lake City.
Born July 25, 1907 in Bingham Canyon, Utah, son of Charles and Clara Isabella Riley Sipple. Married Murel Bridges Dawes, October 27, 1930 in Salt Lake City. He attended Bingham Canyon and has resided in Garfield, Hunter, South Salt Lake, and Taylorsville, Utah. Worked for Kennecott Copper Corporation for 30 years, retiring in 1972. He was a "Jack of all trades" and loved being busy working, golfing, fishing, hunting, bowling and being with his wife. He is a high priest in the LDS Church.Survived by his wife, Murel, Taylorsville; daughter, Melba Jean and husband, Albert Pelusi, Ogden; sons, Curtis Mont and wife, Connie Dawes, Taylorsville; Howard and wife, Shirley Dawes, West Valley City; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; niece, Audrey and husband, Harold Delaney. Preceded in death by daughter, Lorraine.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Sunday, -7 p.m. and Monday, 11-11:40 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
