DEATH: GEORGE G. CRAKER

George Glenn Craker, 50, passed away April 16, 1995 of heart failure.

Born May 19, 1944 in Dallas, Texas to Glenn and Rita Sullivan Craker. He married his sweetheart Georgia Rose June 2, 1979, and was a generous and loving husband of 16 years.A Mortgage Banker for 18 years, George was well-known in the real estate industry for his professionalism and dedication. Most recently, President of Triad Financial and Investment Corp. of Utah; previously as vice-president and branch manager of Academy Mortgage Corp; was chairman of Salt Lake Board of Realtors Affiliates Committee and member of Park City Board of Realtors Affiliates committee. An avid golfer, he loved reading, enjoyed traveling, and loved his grandkids and his home. He is loved and will be missed by many.

Survived by his wife, Georgia; two stepchildren, Troy (Leyla) Sim, Laura (Rob) Blair; two step-granddaughters, Angelia Sim and Ryley Blair, all Salt Lake; mother, Rita; two brothers, Paul and Bob Craker; four sisters, Gail Cadenhead, Donna Cargle, Pam Metcalf, Kay McMinimy, all Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by infant daughter, Melanie Marie Craker and his father.

Funeral services Saturday, April 22, 1995, 12 noon, in the Crescent Park Stake Center, 11350 South 1000 East. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East and Saturday at the church 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.

The family has designated the George G. Craker Fund for memorial contributions, c/o Brighton Bank, 7101 South Highland Drive, SLC, UT 84121.
