1. On-and-off cross-Europe busA new bus service called Eurobus, which began service last week, allows travelers to hop on or off the route for periods of up to three months. An unlimited two-month Eurobus pass is $325, compared to $648 for a first-class Eurailpass valid for only 15 days. 4. A gourmet lunch

5. Air flights within Spain

6. $120 per flight
Air France's EuroFlyer Plan provides coupons priced at $120 each for flights between any of the 100 cities served by Air France, Air Inter, Sabena or CSA Czech. A minimum of three and maximum of nine coupons may be purchased. Information: (800) 237-2747.
7. $36-$70 rooms in Luxembourg
