FILM ON LAKOTA SIOUX INDIANS AIRS FRIDAY IN S.L.

"The Spirit of Crazy Horse," a film narrated by Milo Yellow Hair, will be presented by the Utah Film & Video Center Friday, April 21, at 8 p.m.

The documentary, by Salt Lake resident Michel Dubois, is an overview of history of Lakota Sioux Indians, looking at the past of a nation of buffalo-hunting warriors, celebrating the 100th anniversary of Wounded Knee and exploring the organization of the American Indian Movement (AIM) in the 1970s, as well as the current revival of Sioux cultural pride.Dubois and Yellow Hair will also be in attendance to discuss the film, which will be shown in the Salt Lake Art Center auditorium, 20 S.
