TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAMILIES

I cannot understand why so many people think that the government owes them a living when they have never worked a day in their lives. Why should the government feed the children breakfast and lunch at school? I have yet to see a mother or a father who has starved. There must be food in the house, so why not share it with their children? If they are on welfare, they have food stamps. I thought that was to feed the family. They get a double dose. Welfare stamps and free breakfast and lunch.

If a child is disciplined for doing something wrong by the parents it's called abuse. Isn't it abuse when parents don't feed their children breakfast or fix them a lunch? Parents should be held responsible for feeding their children. These welfare people need to know that the money isn't picked off of the trees. They need to know that the money they receive, without doing anything, comes out of the checks of the honest, hard-working people. They need to work for their money like real people do and have for years and help the country get back to where it used to be.

When my family was growing up I had a job working at a low wage. My children never left the house unless they had eaten breakfast, and they had a sack lunch in their hand. Let's take responsibility for our families. It's what you do with what you've got that counts.
