Retired in 1989.Survived by wife, Janice Cooper, Tempe, Ariz.; sons, Richard Cooper, Mesa, Ariz.; Scott Cooper, Chandler, Ariz.; daughters, Patricia Brown, Chandler, Ariz.; Susan Allen, Mesa, Ariz.; Carol Hicks, Mesa, Ariz.; sisters, Elaine Cooper and Dorothy Ruff, both Salt Lake City; brothers, Robert Cooper and William Cooper, both Salt Lake City; 22 grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, April 28, 1995 at 11 a.m., in the Tempe LDS 6th Ward, College and Alameda, Tempe, Ariz. Viewing Thursday, April 27, 6 to 8 p.m., at Bunkers Garden Chapel, 33 No. Centennial Way, Mesa, and at the church one hour prior to services. Burial, Mesa Cemetery.
