The Utah Highway Patrol is hoping the public can help identify a woman who was killed Wednesday after being struck by a tractor-trailer near I-15.

The woman, believed to be in her late teens or early 20's, ran in front of the northbound truck about 5 p.m. while crossing the 600 North connector arm to I-15, according to UHP Trooper Byron Camacho.Investigators were unable to find any kind of identification on the woman, who died at the scene, said Camacho.

The victim was reportedly wearing a University of Miami baseball cap.
