Wesley C. Carter, of Provo, passed away Monday, April 3, 1995 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

He was born December 25, 1917 in Eureka, Utah, a son of Edward F. and Annie Blake Carter. He was married October 16, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple to Mary Hall.He is survived by his wife, Mary Hall Carter; sons, Wesley Kent Carter and wife, Carol of Provo; Billy David Carter of Provo; daughters, Carol Buckley of Bountiful; Marilyn Cassidy and husband, David of Indiana; LeAnn Youngblood of Provo; his sister, Angela Cameron of Orem; 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters, Elmo, William Blake, Edward F., Beulah Frisby, Mary Pratt, Deon Smith and Rose Afton Carter.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 6, 1995, at 11 a.m. at the Rivergrove 2nd Ward Chapel, 780 No. 700 West, Provo. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 E. Center Street, Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. or Thursday morning, at the ward chapel, one hour prior to services. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
