DEATH: FRANK A. SCHULTZ

Frank Addison Schultz, 86, passed away on April 4, 1995, of leukemia at Sandy Regional Medical Center. He was a resident of Burbank, California.

He was born December 6, 1908 in Salt Lake City, the second son of Harry F. and Ione Huff Schultz. His father, Harry Schultz, was the original owner of Peerless Beauty and Barber Supply Company in Salt Lake City. He graduated from West High School where he was an active member of the baseball team. He married Wanda Johnson on December 24, 1932. They were later divorced. He married Grace (Pennie) McManus in May of 1973. She passed away in July of 1987. He moved to Southern California in 1941 spending most of the remainder of his life in Burbank. He was employed by IBM for 30 years. He was an avid fisherman, deer hunter, and sports enthusiast. One of the greatest joys of his life was ballroom dancing, and he won many contests. He spent many happy hours of his youth at the Rainbow Rendezvous.He is survived by three children, Gordon (Nga) Schultz of Lake Havasu, Arizona; Dorothy (Carl) Doerfler, San Jose, California; and Barbara (Don) Parkinson, Sandy, Utah; two stepchildren, Pam (Pete) Glynn, La Crescenta, Calif.; Ralph (Linda) Garner, Burbank, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother and two grandsons, Kurt Schultz and Greg Parkinson.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. April 8, 1995 at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary.
