AUDITIONS PLANNED FOR 3 PRODUCTIONS

Auditions have been scheduled for the following productions:

- JAMES BLOND, APT. 007: THE SPY ABOVE ME, a new spoof by local playwright Bob Bedore, on Wednesday, April 12, at 7 p.m. at the Off Broadway Theatre, 272 S. Main.There are roles for five men and three women. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. The comedy opens May 25 and runs through July 8.

- ANNIE WARBUCKS, the regional premiere of the sequel to "Annie," on Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. until noon at Pages Lane Theatre, 292 E. Pages Lane, Centerville.

There are roles for adult males and females and for young girls (6-12 years of age). All roles are open, and all parts will be double-cast.

Ralph G. Rodgers Jr. is directing.

Be prepared to sing a song of your own choice. An accompanist will be provided. There will also be cold readings from the script. "Annie Warbucks" continues with some of the same characters as the original, including Annie, Daddy Warbucks, Grace and F.D.R., plus some new characters as well.

Performances will be Mondays and Thursdays-Saturdays, June 2-July 15, with alternating casts.

Please do not call for a separate audition time.

- CHARLOTTE'S WEB, on April 15, 18 and 22 at the Draper Theater, 12366 S. 900 East.

The majority of the roles are for adults, with some children's parts.

Audition times will be 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 15; 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18; and 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 22. Auditioners will be asked to speak, sing and dance. Please provide your own accompanist or tape. The dance segments will be relatively simple and not difficult to learn.
