2 UTAH MEN KILLED IN AUTO ACCIDENTS

Two Utah men were killed late Friday and early Saturday in separate auto accidents.

Killed were:Ryan McKinney, 28, Cedar Fort.

Rubel Jeffrey Espinoza, 34, Clearfield.

McKinney was killed and three teens injured early Saturday when two trucks collided at the intersection of U-73 and U-68 west of Lehi.

Robert Z. Knox, 16, Salt Lake, was listed in critical condition Saturday at LDS Hospital. Eramie McKinney, 17, Cedar Fort, was listed in serious condition at American Fork Hospital. And Tyler Coleman, 16, Salt Lake, was listed in serious condition at American Fork Hospital.

Utah Highway Patrol trooper Wayne Durrant said Eramie McKinney was driving west on U-73 a few minutes after midnight when her pickup truck collided with a southbound compact pickup driven by Knox. The smaller truck collided with the larger truck's passenger side where Ryan McKinney was riding. Ryan McKinney died shortly after arrival at American Fork Hospital.

Coleman was a passenger in Knox's vehicle.

Espinoza was walking across State Street in Clearfield near 435 South about 10 p.m. when he was struck by a car.

The incident is under investigation.
